1) One shoulder bag 2) Sweater or hoodie 3) Good trekking shoes – mandatory 4) Personal medication 5) 2 to 3 liters of water – mandatory (Bags will be checked; participants without sufficient water will be asked to arrange it before departure.) 6) Camera (optional – at your own responsibility) 7) All participants must report 15 minutes before departure time. Delays will not be tolerated. 8) Avoid use of plastic. The number of plastic items you carry will be recorded, and any shortage on return will incur a ₹100 fine. 9) Avoid using perfume or deodorant. 10) Carry dry snacks (only as needed). 11) Cap
