Durgasakha Charitable Trust is organising Dhulwad 2026 on 03 March 2026 at Katkariwadi School, Shahapur. It will be a fun and meaningful day with the students. Everyone will travel together from Thane to Asangaon and then go to the school after breakfast. At the school, there will be an introduction session, Dhulwad celebration, water activity, lunch and a session about the organisation’s work. Participants can bring natural colours, an extra pair of clothes and also books, toys, or old bicycles to donate to the children. Itinerary: Participants will board the 7:34 AM Asangaon fast train from Thane Platform No. 5 and reach Asangaon at 9:00 AM. (Return train fare is to be borne individually. Everyone must reach the station 15 minutes before the scheduled time.) From Asangaon station, departure for Katkariwadi School at 9:00 AM. Breakfast will be arranged on the way, after which we will proceed further. Upon reaching the school, there will be an introduction and information session about the school. Dhulwad celebrations will continue until 1:00 PM. After that, we will proceed for a refreshing water activity. Later, we will return for lunch, followed by a session to understand more about the organization’s work. We will then board the 5:39 PM train and head back home. Things to Bring: One extra pair of clothes (if you plan to enter the river for a bath) Natural colors. You may bring old or new books and Toys. Old bicycles to donate to the school children.
